Purchased a basic laptop for home use. Good service. The salesperson Ali explained the process and provided an excellent service.
Changed my laptop battery here yesterday and the staff who attended to me explained the different types of batteries, eg oem, original etc. Even showed me how bad some battery types can affect touch pad when batteries expand. Showed me where to change my dying screen in the future and got advise not to stuff my laptop bag with anything other than a laptop n cable. Otherwise, the screen gets compromised. Thanks a lot!
