I brought my laptop for an inspection/diagnosis to fix the PIN and face ID issue. The service technician, Zairul, was patient and explained the issue to me. I told him I urgently need my laptop for university and he understood then had it fixed within the given time frame. After reformatting, he was helpful with the minor logging in issues with my personal Microsoft account. Shoutout to Mr Zairul, for being such a helpful and understanding technician.
